Whitening Instructions When Using the Home Whitening Kit
Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly.
Using your custom whitening trays, apply a dot of gel, about the size of a match head, on the front wall of each tooth compartment of the tray.
Place the tray over your teeth. Be careful not to push the gel out of the tray. If this happens remove excess gel with finger without removing the tray.
Leave the trays in your mouth for 30 minutes. Whiten your teeth for 5-6 days consecutively until desired result is achieved. Do not exceed more than 6 days of whitening.
After whitening, rinse excess gel from your teeth, clean tray with soft brush and cool tap water. Store trays in the case provided.
Whitening Precautions
Pregnant women should not whiten.
Use sensitive toothpaste such as Sensodyne if you have sensitive teeth.
Foods and juices high in citric acid can cause sensitivity to the teeth.
Do not use tobacco products or eat while whitening.
Teeth are naturally darker along the gum line. These areas may require more time to lighten than the rest of the tooth surface and usually remain slightly darker.
